I am pleased to announce that The Write Launch has published my new long short story in its March 2022 issue. The Dummy borrows a classic plot from the genre of supernatural horror for the purpose of political satire. I hope you will find it biting and truthful in its fictional way. And it does even include a little bit of actual biting.
This particular story, at around 8000 words, is longer than many journals are willing to consider for publication, so I want to particularly say thank you to The Write Launch for creating a forum where longer short fiction can find an audience.
